Attorney Bio

Sean Shabbar is a trial attorney who handles employment and personal injury matters across California.

Before founding Shabbar Law PC, Sean spent years representing companies and organizations at prominent defense firms in San Francisco.
That experience taught him exactly how major institutions think, litigate, and value cases — insight he now uses to advocate for individuals when the stakes are highest.

Sean earned his law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2017, graduating with honors. During law school, he clerked for a prominent personal injury firm and externed for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

After law school, Sean clerked for the San Francisco Superior Court, working first under the Presiding Judge and later serving as a Staff Attorney in the Asbestos/CEQA Department. He also gained significant courtroom experience as a Deputy District Attorney at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.

Today, Sean combines his civil and courtroom experience to build strong, focused cases on behalf of workers and injury victims across California.
He approaches every case with thorough preparation, clear communication, and a readiness to see the work through — whether through negotiation, litigation, or trial.
